The site takes its name from a plaque fixed to the cliff that is above sea level and that recalls Dario Gonzatti, pioneer of diving and experimenter of the oxygen breathing apparatus, who died in the waters of S. Fruttuoso in 1947.
Under the boat there are the -20 meters, in correspondence with the end of the wall.
Following this bathymetric there are many boulders with the possibility of meeting groupers and scorpionfish.
On the final part of the wall, at -32 meters, gorgonians and nudibranchs abound, while along the landslide we can admire large groupers and frenetic banks of snappers
